Wholesale Distribution
Regional Distributor — Inventory Management Platform
The Problem
A mid-size distributor was managing 8,000+ SKUs across three warehouses using a combination of spreadsheets and a 15-year-old desktop application. Orders were being fulfilled late because the inventory counts were never accurate — warehouse staff would scan items into one system while the sales team was quoting availability from another.
What We Built
We built a centralized inventory platform that connects directly to their barcode scanners, generates purchase orders automatically when stock drops below threshold levels, and gives the sales team a real-time view of what is actually in stock. The system also generates shipping labels and syncs order status with their customers' portals.
Results
Manual data entry dropped by roughly 70%. Average order fulfillment time went from 3 days to same-day for in-stock items.

Healthcare
Healthcare Network — Patient Scheduling Portal
The Problem
A network of six outpatient clinics was managing appointments through phone calls and a shared Google Calendar. Patients would call in, wait on hold, and the front desk staff would manually check availability across all locations. Double-bookings happened weekly, and there was no easy way for patients to reschedule without calling again.
What We Built
We developed a patient-facing web portal where patients can view real-time availability across all clinic locations, book appointments, fill out intake forms ahead of time, and receive automated reminders via SMS. The system integrates with their existing EHR through HL7 FHIR APIs so patient records stay in sync.
Results
No-show rates dropped from 18% to 7%. Phone call volume to the front desk decreased by over 40%. The system now handles 3,000+ appointments per week.

Retail
E-commerce Retailer — Multi-Channel Order Management
The Problem
A specialty retailer selling through their own website, Amazon, and two wholesale channels was processing orders from four different dashboards. Each channel had its own inventory count, which meant they were regularly overselling items that were already out of stock on one channel but still listed as available on another.
What We Built
We built a unified order management system that pulls orders from all four channels into a single queue, maintains a single source of truth for inventory, and automatically updates stock levels across all platforms when an order is placed or a shipment is received. We also added a reporting dashboard so the owner could see profitability per channel.
Results
Overselling incidents dropped to near zero. The owner saved roughly 12 hours per week that was previously spent reconciling orders across platforms.

Construction
Construction Company — Project Tracking & Estimating Tool
The Problem
A general contractor with 30 employees was tracking project budgets in Excel and communicating with subcontractors primarily through text messages and phone calls. Job estimates were done on paper templates, and there was no reliable way to compare estimated costs to actual spending until a project was already over budget.
What We Built
We built a project tracking application where the estimating team creates detailed bid breakdowns, project managers track labor and material costs against those estimates in real time, and subcontractors can submit progress updates and change orders through a simplified mobile interface. The system flags budget variances automatically.
Results
Budget overruns decreased by 25% in the first year. The estimating process went from 2-3 days per bid to less than one day.

Transportation & Logistics
Logistics Company — Driver Dispatch & Route Optimization
The Problem
A regional courier service with 40 drivers was dispatching routes manually. The dispatcher would print out the day's deliveries, sort them by area on paper, and call drivers to assign stops. Route changes mid-day meant more phone calls, and there was no GPS tracking to know where drivers actually were.
What We Built
We built a dispatch dashboard that automatically groups deliveries by geographic zone, calculates optimal routes, and pushes them to a driver mobile app. Dispatchers can add or reassign stops throughout the day, and drivers get updated routes instantly. Real-time GPS tracking shows the current location of all vehicles on a map.
Results
Average route completion time improved by 20%. Fuel costs dropped noticeably. The dispatcher role went from full-time chaos management to manageable oversight.

Legal
Law Firm — Document Management & Client Portal
The Problem
A mid-size law firm was storing case documents across a shared drive, individual desktops, and email attachments. Associates would waste 20-30 minutes per day searching for the right version of a document. Clients had no way to check the status of their case without calling or emailing their attorney.
What We Built
We built a document management system with version control, full-text search, and automated tagging by case number and document type. We also built a client-facing portal where clients can view case milestones, download shared documents, and send secure messages to their legal team without using personal email.
Results
Document search time dropped from minutes to seconds. Client satisfaction scores improved measurably, and inbound status-check calls decreased significantly.
